The opportunity
Aligned with this strategy, we have decided to expand our capacity, and we are looking for experienced and self-motivated candidates seeking to advance their careers and join our team. As part of our team, you will participate in or manage research and HTA projects, evidence generation, communication, and value dossiers' preparation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Work as Medical Advisor on assigned products, diseases, and projects
· Provide guidance and training to other team members on the medical and scientific aspects of assigned projects
· Manage evidence generation projects and teams
· Systematic quantitative and qualitative evidence review
· Undertake Medical Writing tasks (Protocol, CSR, Manuscripts, Presentations, etc.)
· Contribute to the development of the clinical/pharmacological part of the value dossiers
· Collaborate with internal (project managers, biostatisticians, health economists, etc.) and external (pharma industry, KOLs, decision-makers, etc.) stakeholders to ensure comprehensive analysis of clinical evidence
· Act as a medical expert within the company for assigned Therapeutic Area
· Assemble and manage key opinion leader interviews / advisory boards/congresses/workshops/training initiatives for HealThink and its customers
Required Skills & Experience
· Work experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Medical, Market Access)
· Bachelor's degree in pharmacology, biology, biomedical or related life sciences discipline
· Teamwork skills
· Experience in evidence review, desk research, and medical writing
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Greek)
· Strong commitment to compliance with the relevant rules and procedures, and scientific quality and integrity
· Ability to multitask and meet aggressive timelines/deadlines
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Confidentiality and consistency
Desired Skills & Experience
· Knowledge of market access, reimbursement pathways, regulatory requirements, or pharmaceutical product management
· Knowledge of clinical research methods, tools, and approaches, such as study designs, biostatistics, reference management, abstract/manuscript submission
· Project management skills and experience
· Ability to coach and mentor team members
· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
